I tried erasing all of them and re-importing my
original ones and it is still the same.

The colors are probably "all wrong" now because the default
color filters are being used.
You don't still have a copy of your old
"colorfilters" file, or was it erased when you uninstalled? It sounds
like there may have been a problem parsing it that 0.99.4 didn't have, or was
more "tolerant".
