I am running V0.99.5 on a Windows XP Pro (SP2) platform. If I go back to
0.99.4, the "Coloring Rules" use my color scheme OK.
It does not seem to be the same as bug 1143, because the foreground color
stays white and the background stays black.
If I the uninstall V0.99.4 and go back to V0.99.5, the colors are all wrong
again.
Keith French.

My Coloring Rules worked fine under V0.99.4. I have tried deleting all
existing entries in the Coloring Rules and re-importing my backup, but
this does not make any difference.
If you downgrade back to 0.99.4, does the problem go away again?
What operating system are you running on?
Windows:
http://www.wireshark.org/download/win32/wireshark-setup-0.99.4.exe
Other:
http://www.wireshark.org/download/src/wireshark-0.99.4.tar.gz
Are you noticing any other color problems, such as those described by
bug 1143 (http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1143)?
Steve
