If you downgrade back to 0.99.4, does the problem go away again?  
What operating system are you running on?

Windows:

Are you noticing any other color problems, such as those described by 
bug 1143 (http://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1143)?
