The patch to packet-ssh.c (SVN 25861) to fix bug 2751 also fixes the above
ssh-related crash.

In summary (for the trace file submitted by the OP):

1. After applying the "get-string behaviour modification v2" patch attached to
this bug Wireshark no longer seg faults in packet-ncp2222.inc 

2. SVN 25861 fixes the other unrelated crash found while working on this bug.
