I'm running ethereal version .9.13a on windows XP with Cisco Aironet 340 WLAN card. I've the latest version of Wincap driver, I see traffic over my

Wireless device.

Is Cisco's Aironet 340 card supported?

"Wireless adapters are not granted to work: some of them are not detected, other don't support promiscuous mode. In the best case, WinPcap is able to see an Ethernet emulation and not the real transiting packets."

Do I need to install anything else to get the wireless card to work?

You could try installing Linux or one of the BSDs....
