No.

Only if either

	1) somebody adds support for a second GUI toolkit, e.g. the
	   native Windows toolkit, to Ethereal

or

	2) Tor Lillqvist, the person who created the GTK+ port to
	   Windows, either makes it support 256-color mode (if the
	   problem is that it doesn't support it at all) or removes the
	   check for 256-color mode (if the problem is that the GIMP
	   doesn't support it and he put the check for it into GTK+
	   rather than the GIMP).
