Commit message:
Bluetooth: Fix and improve SDP

- support SDP fragmentation (Continuation State)
- implement DI 1.3
- replace a lot of proto_tree_add_text by proto_tree_add_item
- dissect profile specific attributes
- fix service recognize
- a lot of coding style fixes

It seems that SDP is broken from a long time, but now after 1.5 year it is the
time to fix it. Also implementing a lot of new features, so this can be treat
as enhancement, but this will be good idea to apply this before Wireshark 1.10,
because with it Wireshark's Bluetooth have full power :) (for example: OBEX can
be recognize by SDP record)
