Sort by time, No. 528 and 547 is abnormal, No. and time is uncomparable.

Build Information:

capture packet data from two Network card,when receive two packet at the same
time,then the No. and Time is comparable. eg:In the normal, the time of No.51
is before No.52,but In this case, may the time of No.51 is later than No.52

(从两个网卡抓包，在同时收到两个数据后，解析的数据出现了乱序的情况，即分别按照时间和No.排序的效果不一样。)
