Then I'm really puzzled. My patch modifies the built-in packet-per.c and
compiles fine for me both for Windows or Linux.
That, plus the fact that the ASN.1 plugin cannot decode PER encoding makes me
wonder what kind of modifications are done locally by Ewgenij.
