Built using gcc 4.4.5.

PPPoE+ tag from huawei S2326 decodes as vendor unspecified (Huawei S2326
pppoeplus.pcap)
Configured remote-id is Quidway-1-2-3-test-1, circuit-id is port24
But PPPoE+ tag from ZTE 2928E(just an example) decodes correctly(ZTE
ZXR10-2928E pppoeplus.pcap)
