Hi,

A patch to enchance the ICMPv6 dissector
- Update RFC Draft (draft-ietf-ipngwg-icmp-name-lookups-07/08) to Final RFC
(RFC 4620)
- Make NI field filterable 
- ....

The code is checked and fuzzed
