The TCP window scaling option is not tracked by Wireshark 1.4.2, however it
works correctly under version 1.4.0 and 1.4.1

Since Windows 2K8 servers and other OS's have window scaling enabled by
default, it is rather important that this feature is corrected. 

I have ensured that the tcp protocol preference setting includes relative
sequence numbers and window scaling selected.
