Wireshark identifies Acc-Status-Type value 3 as "Alive":

RFC2866 (http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2866#section-5.1) section 5.1 describes
Acct-Status-Type and it's values:

Value

      The Value field is four octets.

       1      Start
       2      Stop
       3      Interim-Update
       7      Accounting-On
       8      Accounting-Off
       9-14   Reserved for Tunnel Accounting
      15      Reserved for Failed

So, it means that a value should be interpreted "Interim-Update".
