Patch to display LED on Expert Composite Dialog (with preference)

This patch adds LED images to Expert Composite Tabs.   A new boolean preference
has been added (gui.expert_composite_eyecandy) that is set to FALSE by default. 

Still to do: Find an appropriate place to enable/disable this option from the
Preferences dialog.
