A template is actually pretty easy--when attempting to create a new page on the
Wiki, you're prompted to choose a template and there's a template for new
protocols. I created a (bare bones) Wiki page for jmirror here:
http://wiki.wireshark.org/jmirror
You should now just be able to fill in the blanks (or delete the parts that
aren't relevant).
