If the SIP request-line or an other URI except the via contains an IPv6 host
part then this was displayed as "Request-URI Host Part:
[2001:678:900:a63:20c:29ff:feb7:6495]" instead of "Request-URI Host Part:
2001:678:900:a63:20c:29ff:feb7:6495". The patch solve this issue.

The patch also change the hint text for the sip.Min-SE filter from "Draft:
Min-SE Header" to "RFC 4028: Min-SE Header" as registered at IANA
