Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

Building SVN on VC6 failed on linking wiretap due to missing externs
ascii_strup_inplace/ascii_strdown_inplace. They are defined in
wsutil/str_util.[ch], but missing from wsutil/libwsutil.def
