Patch to fix

Build Information:
Paste the COMPLETE build information from "Help->About Wireshark", "wireshark
-v", or "tshark -v".

Building SVN with VC6 fails on wiretap/k12text.c due to include of unistd.h,
even after a distclean. The k12text.l file which generates this does not
respect HAVE_UNISTD_H.
