If every sccp packet is malformed try checking your mtp3 preferences and see if
you are using the right standard.

Please note that a >5Mb snapshot (that I cannot dare downloading with my
current connection) gives much less information than a <10K file with just some
malformed packets, eventuaally, you can mark the atachments as private so that
just the core developers can read them. 

That would allow us to reproduce and isolate the eventual bug. Which is an
essential to fix a bug.

To filter out all malformed packets into a new (smaller) capture file you can
use:

$ tshark -r your_file.cap -w malformed_sccp.cap malformed
