When tracing sccp within a sigtran protocol stack of ip/sctp/m2pa/sccp, a
malformed packets error occurs against the sccp protocol. A screenshot has been
attached. Within the screen shot is a GSM MAP SRI (send routing info) message
encapsulated within the sccp message.
