Several crashes under DDD

I did reproduce the crash.
It happends when you change the preferences, and new informations should be
displayed/or disappear/ in the windows according to the new preferences.
On my Wireshark, for small files, some time the display is not correctly
refreshed. Then if I navigate in the tree, there is a crash.
Sometime, I do not need to navigate in the tree, there is a crash, just after
"apply".
