Patch to decode extended gateway information

Compiled with GTK+ 2.12.0, with GLib 2.14.1, with libpcap 0.9.7, with libz
1.2.3.3, without libpcre, without SMI, without ADNS, without Lua, without
GnuTLS, without Gcrypt, without Kerberos, without PortAudio, without AirPcap.
NOTE: this build doesn't support the "matches" operator for Wireshark filter
syntax.
Running on Linux 2.6.22-14-generic, with libpcap version 0.9.7.
Built using gcc 4.1.3 20070929 (prerelease) (Ubuntu 4.1.2-16ubuntu2).

The current sFlow dissector is incomplete. I needed to decode a capture with
extended gateway information so I implemented a patch to decode it.
I seem to be editing this file off and on so I made a few unrelated changes as
well:
1) comment at the end to kick emacs to respect the indenting in this file.
2) minor reindenting to respect the formatting in the file. (mostly to fix
edits I had submitted previously.)
