I have no problem with that. For the IDL part the API is actually not
published, because idl2wrs generates the dissector as so far.

This patch should work on all POSIX systems with GNU make on it. I read in the
docs that GNU make can be presumed to build Wireshark.

I'm sorry. I have no knowledge and resources to do these changes for Windows.
