This is a compilation constant. You'll need to recompile Ethereal.

If noone disagrees, I can check in a change, probably tomorrow evening. After that you could use a buildbot build for Windows.

Could you please calculate if 10000 files are enough for your task? Just don't won't to change this thing several times ;-)
