I've checked in a modified version of Lionel Ains changes, so it should
be in the next release.

Note, however, that the "Decode As" options aren't saved in the capture
file, so you'd have to use the flag when *reading* the capture with
Tethereal.

(The next generation of libpcap format, if, as, and when those of
us who've been thinking about it on occasion, might have a mechanism to
allow arbitrary applications to put their own data in the file, in ways
that don't bother other applications; if so, one thing
Ethereal/Tethereal could put in there would be a "Decode As" table.)
