This is my first message so go easy !

I'm capturing m3ua messages and it seems that none display
the m3ua tags correctly. In particular is the NTFY message
but I've seen it in ASP_ACTIVE messages as well. Is this
just simply lacking from packet-m3ua or should it work ?
I get a tag value of 0 or 2 and it says it's unknown, sometimes
resulting in malformed frame messages.

I'm using 0-8-15 but checking the cvs log, there is not much
that has changed to m3ua.
