I am trying to install EtheReal on a Dell Lattitude CPi laptop with WINDOWS
NT 2000 and a 10 MB 3Com Etherlink III LAN PC Card (3C589D) (Ethernet).  The
driver version for the card is 2.50.50.33 dated 10/19/1999.

I am using WINpCap driver version 2.0.2.
I have also tried the libpcap driver for NT.

When I try to start a capture I get an error message saying EtheReal cannot
open an adapter.

I have tried several other public domain packet capture utilities with more
or less the same results.

I believe that there may be something about my network card that is not
compatible with the packet driver.

Can anyone confirm this problem?

If my card is not compatible, please let me know of a 10 MB or 10/100MB PCI
card that is compatible.
