Scott,
I have found that ethereal writes files compatible with tcpdump. That means
that tools which say they "process tcpdump files" seem to work.
A tool *in* ethereal might be nice, but in the mean time, you might check for
tools which deal with tcpdump files or output (e.g.
tcpdump<ethereal-out-file|some-tool).
