during prettification 
i was thinking about making this particular ACSE layer look like a
generated field
[ACSE ...]
   [Protocol oid: 1.2.3.4  CMIP]
   [Context ID: 3]
CMIP
   ...

But I can remove the empty ACSE item completely.
