I was thinking we could modify Makefile.nmake and/or win32-setup.sh to
point to a specific file revision in the SVN repository for downloads.
However, it's a lot more straightforward to create a branch in the
repository, as you suggested.

A branch for the current set of libraries has been created in
"tags/2004-11-02" (unlike CVS, SVN makes no distinction between tags and
branches; both are just copies of the trunk).  win32-setup.sh has been
changed to use the new path.
