It would be good to add references to the documents describing the standard and wheter they are publically
avalable somewhere, for national ITU ISUP's which ones in particular?

I put in a few spec names/numbers--I'm not aware of where to get any of them (for free anyway), though.

I left the "which national variants?" question in the WishList.

12. MTP3 and SCCP: support the Japanese protocol variants (TTC and NTT).
13. ISUP: Support ANSI and national ITU variants.
