I've checked in a fix for this.
This was probably caused by changes done to get a drop down box for the recently used capture filters.
Please note, that you will only get an "OK" button, if you call the capture filters dialog from the capture prepare dialog. If you use the menu or toolbar directly, you won't get it, as there's no field to apply the string to. This behaviour is intended.
