Makefile.am, or epan/dissectors/Makefile.am?

Gilbert was assking about the latter; in my current tree, the former has
an SVN ID of 11456, but the latter doesn't (and also doesn't have
"Automake file for Ethereal" in it).

It's epan/dissectors/Makefile.am that should have the rules Gilbert
referred to.

If epan/dissectors/Makefile.am looks like that, it appears that the
top-level Makefile.am probably overwrote it in your tree somehow.
