The buttons serve two purposes:

	1) they're labels for the text field to the right;

	2) they let you pop up a dialog box to let you select saved
	   filters or, in the case of Ethereal filters rather than
	   libpcap filters, to let you select a field on which to
	   filter.

To which of those are you referring?  I.e., is it not obvious what you
put in the text field, or is it not obvious what clicking the button
will do, or is neither of those obvious?

Isn't that obvious from the context?  Or is the problem that it's not
obvious that libpcap filters and Ethereal filters are different?
