Using today's nightly build (had same problem yesterday), I am getting the
following error with MSC++ build:

NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\VC98\BIN\NMAKE.EXE' :
return code '0x2'
Stop.

What is 'cl' and where should I look for the source of the error?
