Hi,
The problem is that there is an extra octet at the end of packet 195, and no protection in packet-sip.
This is fixed with the included patch.
It also includes some (unfinished) code to include "parameters" to Content-type.
Best regards
Anders Broman

Subject: RE: [Ethereal-dev] Cann't open capture file (SIP, RTP)
It applies to both released 0.10.0 and current CVS snapshot, at or just
after packet 195 of the capture. I get a segfault with ethereal and with
tethereal.
The problem resides in the SIP dissector. I verified this by disabling all
protocols but Ethernet, IP, UDP and then also enabling only SIP.
Regards,
Olivier

| Hello.
|
| Ethereal.0.10.0 is failed to open file, captured with
| the previous version.
| There is no such problem in my previous build of
| ethereal (December 4).
| Seems that problem exists on current CVS also.
|
| I can only guess that problem is in SIP/SDP messages.
| Please, find the attached capture file.
|
| Thanks, Arsen.
