Hi again.  I am proud to post the first version of the LSA pipe 
dissector for Ethereal's DCERPC over SMB support.  This patch adds
dissection of a handful of operations, mainly the ones that are
heavily used by Samba:

 - LsaOpenPolicy, LsaClose
 - LsaQueryInfoPolicy
 - LsaLookupNames
 - LsaLookupSIDs

There's still a big of ugliness to get rid of.  I'm hoping to remove
the need to have separate protocol trees for "headers" (non-pointer
parts of a NDR constructed type) - basically a rewrite of NDR array
handling.  I'm hoping what's submitted here is enough to be useful
to people.
