Hello,

I got the ethereal-0.8.18 package from http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Gtk/alpha.html as recomended at your web site. I've installed  it with all the required products gtk+, libpcap, glib, zlib. But, I've still got problem to run it. Can you help me or tell me where I can get information to fix it by myself.

Here below is the error message.

root# uname -sr
HP-UX B.11.00

root# ./gtk-config --version
1.2.8

root# ../bin/ethereal -v
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library: /opt/snmp/lib/libsnmp.sl
/usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory
abort

root# ../bin/ethereal -v
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't open shared library: /opt/snmp/lib/libsnmp.sl
/usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory
abort
