Please check out NV access's website at: www.nvaccess.org

There, you will find the code for the NVDA screen reader. Does wireshark use python? This is what NVDA uses. RJ

Subject: [Wireshark-users] accessibility of Wireshark

Hi, I'm RJ. I'd like to know if their are any accessibility issues anyone is having
with wireshark in as far as screenreaders are concerned.

Does wireshark work well with a screenreader such as Jaws for windows or
NVDA? I am blind, and I'd like to know if their are any other blind people on the
list who have used wireshark. RJ
I believe accessibility issues are being tracked as Bug 9284, "Make Qtshark accessible?". See: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=9284
Bug 12564 "Accessibility for blind and low-vision users" (See: https://bugs.wireshark.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=12564) was also opened but was later closed/marked as a duplicate of Bug 9284.
