Yes, I've done it multiple times. The interface should show up in wireshark 
in the list of interfaces. Just like any ethernet interface.

In some cases you do not see the interface. I've heard that this is 
dependant on the modem you have. It seems that the interface they can have 
to the PC can differ. I don't know the details.

Do you see the interface? If so, what is the issue?
