We are using TAP but those are passive tap ( only mirrors on optic fibers link  - Netoptics TAP) so  why would they strip something.

The other thing is  if  I understand Wireshark is doing delta calculation for jitter infos right ?

Regards.

Subject: [Wireshark-users] Office Communicator RTP stream dissector issue

Hi,

I captured  an RTP stream from Microsoft Office Communicator and  I<m not able to see any jitter

from Wireshark.    The dissectors are not detecting the RTP so I have to do a “Decode As…  RTP”

then it sees   PT=DynamicRTP-Type-114   but  when I do “Analyze” for the stream there is no jitter nor deltas etc.

We are unable to graph any of the above mentioned RTP streams info.

Any idea ?

Regards.
