Try
tshark.exe -r <your_file>.pcap -T fields -e <the field you want>

Bytes option used in wireshark but i need this for 5000 packet, if i
didn't extract this content in the same time i will make it manually

method, its give the header data and payload data
(content) in HEX and ASSCII what i need onlay ASSCII
data as in export packet bytes for the selected packet
only, can this happen for multiple packets.
