You can use TShark: http://www.wireshark.org/docs/man-pages/tshark.html

Use the option -o <preference setting> 
"No.","%m" = frame number
"Info","%i" = info column

$ tshark -r test.pcap -o column.format:'"No.","%m","Info","%i"' > info.txt
