I mean just the Wireshark application not the whole system.
Thanks,
Sean.

Do you mean that Wireshark hangs (i.e. the application) or the
whole system (i.e. you need to reboot the machine)?

Subject: [Wireshark-users] Wireshark hang
on Windows Server 2008
Hi,
I'm using Wireshark 1.2.1 and the WinpCap that came with that version. It
seems to work fine for few minutes, able to capture packets, etc...but after
some time, it just hangs. This is on Windows Server 2008 machine. Are there
any known problems for this OS. Version 1.2.0 also had the same problem. I'm
not able to run it for more than 15-20 mins. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sean.
