Barry,

Looking at the the tshark man page I found a few more VoIP commands:

Example:

tshark -r <file name> -z mgcp,rtd (Collect request/response RTD (Response Time Delay) data for MGCP.)

tshark -r <file name> -z h225,counter (Count H.225 messages and their reasons.)

tshark -r <file name> -z h225,srt (Collect requst/respone SRT (Service Respone Time) data for H.225.)
