Hi Juha,

You can use TShark:
$ tshark -r test.pcap -T fields -e frame.number -e tcp.analysis.ack_rtt -E
head
er=y > tcp_rtt.csv

Output:
frame.number	tcp.analysis.ack_rtt
1	
2	0.000035000
3	0.000013000
4	0.199551000
5	0.014876000
6	
7	0.000032000
8	0.000265000
