Hi,
I have installed wireshark on SUN Sunblande 150 station, so I don't think it's a problem.
I remember (I'm not at work any more) When I make a "set" or "setenv" command I have seen no LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable... :/
Have I forgotten any package ? Why does library don't be installed ? All package installation are successful... :(
What are LD_LIBRARY_PATH by default ?
Thanks a lot !

is the directory where libwireshark* and libwiretap* are located
included in $LD_LIBRARY_PATH ?
or... truss(1) might tell you what's wrong.
