GTPv2 support appears not to be there. (I see definitions in the
source for v0 and v1 only). S1AP is supported.

BTW you have to know that Wireshark is free software (free as in
speech) licensed under the GPL (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
There's no demo version. We make available to everyone the full
version for $0. The full source code is, available as well, so that if
you want you can modify (e.g. add GTPv2 support) and redistribute it
(as far as you redistribute the modified source as well).

Commercial support is available through a number of sources being CACE
Tech the most well known (http://www.cacetech.com/).
