Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Wireshark install problem(s)

Hello. I'm trying to install wireshark on my computer, Mandriva linux 2007.0 on x86_64, and I'm having difficulties. The config.log is appended at the end of this note. The Mandriva dist. contains the following packages related to wireshark, but not wireshark, apparently. lib64wireshark0-0.99.5-0.1mdv2007.0 lib64wireshard0-0.99.3a-1mdv2007.0 I have installed them both. I did these things also: $ pkg-config glib-2.0 --modversion 2.12.3 $ pkg-config gtk+-2.0 --modversion 2.10.3 $ slocate libpcap /usr/lib64/libpcap.so.0 /usr/lib64/libpcap.so.0.9 /usr/local/src/wireshark-0.99.5/wiretap/libpcap.c /usr/local/src/wireshark-0.99.5/wiretap/libpcap.h Then I ran ./configure, configure exit 1, results below. Help Please!
