Are you working on a fresh master and build dir?
Can you post the output of
lsb_release -a
git checkout master
git pull
git describe
mkdir build-fresh
cd build-fresh
cmake ..
make
You can use tools/debian-setup.sh to install the ubuntu packages (mandatory/optional).
